To lock in a spot for the trip, please send your $50 deposit in ASAP.
*Trip Price covers food, lodging, and materials for the entire trip with the exception of 2-4 unplanned meals that happen on the road. We ask each student to bring $75-125 for personal spending money for food and other needs.
**Price does not include personal travel expenses to and from the camp.
SENDING IN PAYMENTS
Step 1- Send in deposit to secure your spot.
(This amount counts toward the total program fees, but is non-refundable if you for any reason you do not participate in TMC)
Make CHECKS out to EWM (or Eagles’ Wings Ministries) (DO NOT make checks out to TMC)
IMPORTANT: Write student’s name in MEMO LINE of each check! With doing so, we will guarantee monies will be directed into the proper account.

Step 3- After 50% of the deposit is paid, please pay the remaining balance before June 15th.
Because we can not provide a tax deductible giving receipt to Mission Trip payments our preference is that families manage all of their friends and family giving and send larger lump checks to us. However, we can take friend's and family's donations towards an individual's trip. To assure that the mailed in checks go to the individuals trip account, It is necessary to add a note with the mailed check clearly identifying it as a payment for the individuals trip.
